What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email, the trip, dates, number of travellers and your message. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify, and a copy is emailed to our mailbox (Google).
- WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to send us, handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or email.
- Technical logs: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and operation.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your trip. If you are in the EU or UK, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages.
Who we share it with
If you book, we pass the details needed to run the trip — names, dates, dietary or health notes you give us — to the drivers, guides and yurt camps involved. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and answer later questions, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@asiapeaks.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
